Fanzlove is an online platform that enables fans and supporters to voluntarily provide financial support (“tips” or “gifts”) to artists, creators, and public figures (“Creators”).
We do not sell financial products, investment opportunities, or profit-sharing schemes.
We only provide a technology platform that connects supporters with Creators.
All payments are made directly through licensed third-party payment processors (such as Paystack and Flutterwave).
2. HOW PAYMENTS WORK
When a supporter makes a payment:
The payment is processed by a licensed payment provider.
Funds are sent directly to the Creator’s designated bank account.
The platform may deduct a service fee for providing the technology and support services.

We do not operate digital wallets and we do not provide banking services.
3. PLATFORM ROLE (IMPORTANT)
Fanzlove acts only as:

❌ a crowdfunding company offering securities
Supporters provide funds voluntarily and without expectation of financial return.
4. CREATOR VERIFICATION (KYC)
To receive funds on the platform, Creators must provide:
Full legal name
Valid email and phone number
Bank account details
Government-issued identification (where required)
This information is used solely for:
Identity verification
Fraud prevention
Compliance with anti-money laundering (AML) laws
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that fails verification.
5. SUPPORTER RESPONSIBILITY
Supporters confirm that:
They are using their own legally obtained funds.
They are not making payments on behalf of third parties.
They understand payments are voluntary gifts or tips.
Payments are not investments and do not guarantee rewards.
6. REWARDS & BENEFITS DISCLAIMER
Any rewards, benefits, or exclusive content offered in connection with support are:
Provided solely by the Creator.
Not guaranteed by the platform.
Subject to the Creator’s availability and discretion.

7. ANTI-MONEY LAUNDERING (AML) POLICY

Fraud
Money laundering
Terrorist financing

Suspend accounts
Report suspicious activity to financial institutions or authorities
Request additional verification where required by law
8. PROHIBITED USES
The platform may not be used to:

10. REFUNDS

Payments are generally non-refundable.

13. TERMINATION RIGHTS

Suspend or remove any account
Block transactions
Deny access to the platform
If a user violates these terms or applicable laws.
14. GOVERNING LAW
